Alex was essential to me buying my first home. She figuratively held my hand patiently through a 12 month process that resulted in me finding an off-market home to purchase. Even after a failed closing on one property (thankfully in retrospect), she kept the hard work up when I was ready to give up! Her knowledge of the city and personal contacts were essential at every step of the process, from inspections to financing to property management after I decided to look at other options. I still use Alex when I have questions about my home and neighborhood or am looking to refinance or build an addition. I would highly reccommend to anyone that is looking to buy a home in the DMV area.
