Charity was amazing to work with!! When we first contacted Charity, she came to our home within a week of our call and was prepared with a whole package of information on what we could expect if listing with her, how to prepare our home for sale, and some comps for listing. She was very honest as to her expectations for selling our house, and I now know that her advise was completely spot on - I think we sold for within $1k of what she originally quoted us!! Charity kept us updated on any progress/interest/changes with our home - and I promise I was a VERY needy customer, wanting LOTS of updates from her. When we finally had interest and it seemed like we were moving forward, Charity helped us begin looking for our new home. She quickly was able to identify the things both me and my husband either wanted or needed in a new home, and helped us determine which houses to look at or which were not our "cup of tea". PLUS, she's HILARIOUS!!! I had a ball looking at houses with her!! She made me feel so comfortable and open with her, which made the experience so smooth and easy! When it came time to negotiate, Charity was a WINNER. It made me understand exactly why she is in the position she is - she is excellent at it!! She gave us great advise and I'm happy to say that she helped us buy our dream home. I hope I never have to work with Charity again - but ONLY because she did such an amazing job that I don't want to move. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone looking to buy or sell. You will NOT go wrong working with Charity - her name and reputation are an exact representation of the amazing woman she is!
