Dave and Virginia came over to visit after we had decided to use their agency. They looked at each room including the deck and patio to see what we needed to do to improve the appeal from the time a potential buyer first walked into the house. Dave got the house listed and had high definition, color brochures printed for people to pick up and remind them what the house looked like. Virginia came over and spend a day helping my wife rearrange furniture to improve the first impression. That was a tremendous help, the house looked 100% better. Just small changes changed the whole look. Dave told me exactly how the house should be priced. He was right on the mark. We listed the house on a Friday and by the next Friday we had a buyer. The entire process from listing to closing took one month. It was easy and simple with no problems and I believe Dave and Virginia made the process that way. We have another house that if I was going to sell I would use the same team. Experience and dedication make a great difference.
