I cannot speak highly enough about Jayme. I was living in another state, and found out I was going to be moving to Maryland. The hunt for a place to live began. I did not have an agent and I was contacting the listing agents for all the properties I could find that met my parameters. Jayme was one of those agents and she contacted me almost immediately. Unfortunately the property she had listed was not going to work with my timeframe. However, like a true professional she asked me a series of questions about my search. I explained my situation and my needs in a place to live. Jayme didnt wish me luck and move on. She, without hesitation, offered to set me up on my own search AND to go to any properties I was interested in and tour them for me. She was true to her word. Within a couple of hours, I was making notes on my own site with places Id like to see and places Id contacted that had not contacted me back. Over two days, Jayme went and toured 4 or 5 different homes for me. She didnt take stills, she took video of every place. And when I say she toured the places and took video, she went over every detail. She looked at every minute detail from how the lights worked to the dates on the appliances and utilities. She noted how sturdy the decks were, how easy or difficult it was to open sliding doors, and what the walls and floors looked like. She opened every drawer and cabinet so I could see it, and was honest about the conditions of each. She handled speaking to listing agents, and was incredibly communicative during the entire process. I never had to contact her with a question more than once. She answered every one in a timely manner by either calling me or texting me. She acknowledged each message I sent if she was too busy to answer immediately. I cannot tell you how much pressure her assistance took off of me. Moving is stressful, moving to a different state is even more stressful, and not being able to physically see the home you might be living in makes the process extremely challenging. I will forever be grateful to and for Jayme. I would recommend her to any person looking to purchase or rent, and when I purchase a house shes going to be my first call.

I worked with Gina through early 2020 to purchase a home. Her and her team were very helpful and had a ton of expertise. They were able to get us into the home early before we closed (the owner moved out of state) because we were in a hotel for a while , provided assistance in the temporary renting situation, and ensured the home was professionally cleaned for us prior to occupying the property. That was very kind and considerate of her. She provided honest feedback and guided us away from less than desirable properties while being professional and compassionate. She provided excellent consultation about considering properties that initially we didnt want to consider (we were opposed to townhomes but ultimately purchased one). Even during the early parts of the COVID response in Q1 and Q2 of 2020, she maintained contact with us and helped us settle on a great home. I also enjoyed working with Kim. Kim must have FaceTimed with me to tour tens of homes. And she remained positive each time I said it wasnt the one and helped me also to make thoughtful decisions about houses I couldnt view personally but became excited about prematurely. Then Gina viewed with us many homes in person. Overall this is a solid group with great local expertise, generous with their clients, very giving and hospitable.Only drawback was the communication at times could have been better. Kim maintained excellence communication when I worked with her. Gina, understandingly, is very busy and couldnt always respond (this was during COVID so thats something to maybe consider) and at times we wouldnt hear from her for a bit. Ultimately that did not take away from the joy of interacting with her, leveraging her competence and enjoying her positive attitude and giving nature. This is a solid team to work with and I highly recommend them. Thank you
