Could not have gotten a better realtor. On the selling side, we ended up learning what it is like when a buyer back out. Shane always helped us to stay calm during a stressful time. We were under contract within a few days each time and ended up selling for higher than we had hoped thanks to Shane's strategy! On the buying side, the home we purchased ended up being a short sale (which for those who do not know means the sellers are trying to sell it for less than they owe on the house). This process results in a lot of delays while the holding mortgage company goes through it's process. Shane kept on top of where things where and always kept us informed (even if it was "we haven't heard anything yet, just wanted to let you know I checked"), or what he was anticipating, so we had no surprises. Truly not enough words to be able to describe how great it was to have him as our realtor!
