Selling (or buying) a home can be a very stressful endeavor, and I've always been very skeptical of the whole real-estate industry and process from past experiences. However, working with Paul from the Lee Tessier Team can only be described as an excellent experience with superior service. Paul's mastery of the real-estate market assured me from the very beginning that I was in good hands. Paul not only floated numbers that far exceeded my expectations for the price I could sell my home; we quickly received an offer at full asking price! Finalizing the terms and conditions of a contract can be very difficult to navigate, but Paul kept me informed the entire way. He also ensured that my best interest in the negotiations was his main priority. I can't say enough how pleased I am with outcome of selling my home and utilizing Paul as my real-estate agent!
