I cannot recommend Mike enough! He helped me sell two homes that my parents owned, and his professionalism, sensitivity, and attention to detail made the entire process as smooth as possible. Mike was incredibly understanding and respectful of the difficult circumstances surrounding my moms passing. He made sure everything was handled with care, and I felt supported every step of the way. Since I live in a different city from the properties, I was especially grateful for how Mike took charge of everything. Mike has been my agent for several transactions over the last 27 years. His knowledge of the area helped me find a home in San Clement and sell my home in an undesirable neighborhood,Mike helped us purchase a home in Anaheim Hills during a strong and completive sellers market.We recently sold that home and the escrow was difficult, The laws have changed and not everyone is well versed. The closing date for escrow changed daily. This effected the purchase of out new home. Mike worked with the lender, termite company and the buyer and our purchasing agent and made the closing date work for us. Having learned from his Father and 28 years of experience he seems to have all the knowledge and competence necessary to get the deal and close it.I would recommend Mike to my family. Escrow is hell if you pick the wrong agent!!
