We spent about four weeks with Jenny trying to find a house to flip for our daughter. We were only looking to spend about 25,000 but from the service we received you would of thought we were making a 100,000 purchase. Jenny always responded to our texts in a very timely manner and often made herself available to us at short notice. We really liked one house but was concerned about basement repairs. Jenny went out of her way to set up an appointment with a reputable contractor to get an estimate on the cost of repairs. Unfortunately the repairs were beyond our budget so the search went on. When we finally did find the house we wanted, Jenny aided us in negotiating within our budget. She then guided us through the process with ease and even helped us to close a week earlier than anticipated. It truly was a pleasure working with Jenny and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reputable realtor. Matter of fact we plan to use her again in the future when it's time to sell our house. Thank you so much, Jenny, for your expertise. We are so happy with our purchase!
