Let me tell you, if you are looking to buy a home, sell a home or both, look no further, Rick and Rita just amazing. The only problem I had, is that I didn't use them sooner. My wife and I were expecting another child. We looked around for homes, and found one we really loved. Rita was the one that showed us the community. We put a down payment to hold the home since it was still being built. We needed to sell our home right away, like with 6 weeks. We went with our old neighbor, that talked an amazing game. He told my wife and I everything we wanted to hear, he was the perfect salesman. Unfortunately, he was all talk. After 2-3 weeks of lies, deceit and seeing my wife in tears every night, I called Rita. As soon as our contract ended with the other relator, rick and Rita sprung into action. The work they did to sell our home was more than my wife and I could ask. All we needed was our house to be sold within 3-4 weeks, which is no easy task. But rick and Rita took the challenge we threw their way. No unfortunately they didn't sell our home in 3-4 weeks, they sold it in 8 days!! Yes, in 8 days. My wife and I couldn't believe it. We had a contract in front of our eyes, so we knew it was true. They put so much time and effort into making my families dream happen. The only tears my wife cried after that, were tears of joy. Rick and Rita treat you like family. They treat you with the utmost respect. I would never consider using anyone else, except for Rick and Rita for my real estate needs. You may recommend a restaurant, a movie or even Dr, but how many people will recommend their relator? I can say I have. I have recommended family, friends and coworkers to Rick and Rita, and everyone I have says how great they were treated. I know there are MANY choices for your home buying/selling needs, but don't make the same mistake I did by using a different relator first. Save your time, money and stress for another day. Once you use Rick and Rita, I promise you this, they will be the last relator's you will ever use. You will want to use them for all your real estate needs, and you will tell everyone about them. I know that is the case with my wife and me.
