Worked with Victoria for awhile. She is an amazing agent to go to with any needed help to sell your home. Although, we were in a different state and worked with her completely remotely, Victoria would respond very promptly and stayed on top of everything that was going on. She will update you with any news regarding your sale and showings of the house. An amazing experience with this lady! Very knowledgeable in the field and has many connections. If anything is needed, she would suggest multiple vendors and kept a close contact with everyone involved. Even though, we were never in the area, she always made sure that we knew what was going on and our latest updates on the sale. Very impressed with her passion and knowledge. Victoria was the best agent we could use for our purchase on Winding way, the woods subdivision. I can say without her advise and her partner advise Peg Augustus the house could be purchased by somebody else and not be our now. As our family was growing we looked for a single property for the 2 past years, kids friendly area with a big lot. Victoria meet our expectation and showed as 5 great properties. We decided after all to put an offer on the actual property were we live now. The property just appeared on the market at 8;00am, Victoria contacted the listing agent and saw the property around noon. We met on the same day with her and her partner at their office and put an offer. Next day day the seller came with a counter offer and we accepted.We couldn't be more happier with our purchase!
