Because we had done our homework before contacting a realtor, Nicole had her work cut out for her. We chose Nicole on a recommendation from friends, and we knew we had no worries from the start. Nicole was willing to spend a good amount of time listening to our wish list for a new home and what details we were not willing to give up in a home. Nicole is very knowledgeable about the area, especially with the lake homes. Because the area is on the smaller side, Nicole has built relationships with many of the local businesses and contractors, so she was able to provide us with recommendations on ideas for future projects we were thinking of when we purchased the new home. She was attentive and detail-oriented, and because of her vast knowledge and explanations of the purchasing/ selling process, Nicole earned our trust early on. With the exception of a few scheduling snafus with the home owner we were purchasing from, we had a great experience with Nicole and her staff. We would highly recommend Nicole Anderson Walters for any of your real estate needs.
