Working with Becky was awesome! She went above and beyond my expectations. Becky is extremely personable, knowledgeable about the housing market/environment, buying process, and helped me close on an amazing condo. Becky was very flexible and adjusted to my schedule to show me potential properties. She took me to all the properties I was interested in and showed me places she thought I would be interested in after learning what I liked and disliked. If a new property surfaced on the market and she felt it was going to get taken quickly, she would check out the property while I was at work to get a head start - thats dedication! She gave great advice, was communicative throughout the whole process, and was able to provide me in depth details about how the process works since this was my first time buying property meaning I had little knowledge. She really knows this area well and I 100% recommend!

We moved from Hawaii to Virginia this last summer. Because we only had three months notice to move (military life) it wasnt feasible to fly out ahead of time and look for a house. I joined the Pentagon PCS Pay-it-Forward page on facebook and got in touch with Brenda Smith who is a realtor on the Kristin Francis team. Brenda is AMAZING. She was always quick to return calls and emails (there were many, I was a hot mess), she took me through tours of houses while we face-timed and even drove through the neighborhoods on video so I could see them. She described the smell of houses, got down on the floor so I could see tile better... Brenda also connected us with a phenomenal lender (Steve Kang, ask her for him!). We were able to buy a house in VA while we were still living in HI, without ever setting foot in the house. And, after we closed, Brenda continued to help us, she went to our house and let flooring guys in so that our floors could be ready before we got there. She has continued to check in with us and see if we needed anything in the months after we moved in. And the Kristin Francis Team has continued to keep in touch, having events for families that bought homes this year like sponsoring family portraits in the park and giving pies out for Thanksgiving. We cant recommend them enough and will be using them when we are ready to sell our home.
