We met with other realtors before deciding to use Rich to sell our home in Crystal Lake. Rich and his team knew the market expertly. They actually adjusted my asking price upward based on local knowledge, and the sale price wound up exceeding the asking price. As to the process, I called Rich and his team several times to have them remind me of what I was supposed to do, and to "hold my hand" when I was out of my comfort zone. It was as if I had a "realtor advice hotline." This was perhaps the best part of my interaction with this team. As to negotiation expertise, I remember the negotiation about property improvements/repairs. I was confused as to what was a reasonable request and what was frivolous...Rich went through it line by line and came up with a counter-offer, which was accepted immediately. He came up with an agreement that was better than I would have made, while still being absolutely fair to both the seller and the buyer. As it is, I sold my starter home for a respectable profit, and a nice young person acquired her first home at a fair price. I was a seller in this instance, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Rich's team as a seller or buyer. I am very satisfied.
