Blake was recommended to us by a friend. Our friend had used Blake to buy and sell at least 3 houses. We were not disappointed in my friends recommendation. From the first phone call Blake was attentive to our needs and request. He scheduled a time to come out and walk through our home. He made suggestions, not request/demands, as to steps we could take, to not only increase the value of our home, but also increase the chances for a quick sale. Once we had made those improvements (painting and new carpeting) he had a professional photographer take the listing photos, including aerials. When it came to setting the sales price my wife and I sat down with Blake, and together we arrived at an asking price. We not only received Blake's services and expertise, but also those of other agents and support staff within his office. Everyone was very professional. When we sold our home the market was on fire. I believe Blake obtained the best price possible for our home, which sold in a matter of days. Blake and his team kept us fully informed throughout the sales process. He was open to suggestions and made the entire experience a pleasure. I am in the process of listing another property for sale. Needless to say, my first call was to Blake.
