I highly, highly recommend Joyce Lynn Chandler! My wife and I were first time home-buyers and given that we had never bought a home before, we had many, many questions. Joyce Lynn did a phenomenal job walking us through the whole home-buying process. She explained what to expect and walked us through the timeline and all of the "what's", "when's", "who's, and "where's" of the process. All of our initial questions were answered in great detail in our first meeting and our initial concerns about feeling overwhelmed as first time home-buyers were quickly gone!Both Joyce Lynn and her husband, Steve, were very quick to respond to our calls and texts and they were incredibly prompt on getting showing times set up. We appreciated that they worked around our schedule in getting showings set up. Whether it was after work, during a lunch break, or early on a Saturday, they were willing to show us homes or meet with us to discuss next steps in negotiations when it suited us best. Their flexibility was second to none!After our initial meeting and discussing our wants/needs, Joyce Lynn did a great job at finding what we liked and what we were looking for. Both Joyce Lynn and Steve were very knowledgeable of the areas we looked at in Richardson and Dallas. Not only that, but they were very helpful with ideas when thinking about the future with potential upgrades, considerations during selling, and general things to keep in mind. Again, because my wife and I were first time home-buyers, we so appreciated their knowledge and expertise. Last, but certainly not least, Joyce Lynn and Steve are incredibly friendly, super easy to work with, and very professional. They always greeted us with smiles and we always looked forward to our showing times with them.
