David listed our rental property, advertised and promoted the property for us until it was sold. As out of town landlords and sellers we were very pleased with the attention he paid to our property keeping us informed of problems, showings and providing feedback on the showings. He updated us frequently on issues of concern and intervened to help resolve problems and issues in our absence. He was exceptional in all aspects. We highly recommend David.

Searching for our first home, on a budget and a time limitation my husband and I were not hopeful that we would be able to find a home that would work for us. However, after our first meeting with Dave we were instantly hopeful and knew we were in good hands. Dave was so knowledgeable, friendly and confident it was hard to not feel the same. Dave made it obvious right away that his priority was not to get us into a house but to make sure that the house we selected was the best possible option for us. Being first time buyers we had more than a few questions and even more anxiety, Dave treated each concern as more valid than the last (even when I'm sure they weren't!). When it came time to finalize, Dave was solely focused on our needs and making sure every part of the deal benefited us. He was an awesome mix of professional and aggressive, leading us to know that at no point we were taken advantage of. I cannot recommend Dave highly enough, he was knowledgeable, friendly, motivated and incredibly good at his job. Despite still not being unpacked, we know when we do buy again we will only be working with him! 10/10!!

David communicated very well with us both on the listing side in the purchasing side. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and we will always use David in the future.

And years later sold that same home in less than two days as well as helped me through my second home purchase.
