John Thomas assisted us with listing/selling our home and the purchase of another. We wanted something that needed a little bit of work to make our dream home, without upgrading so much we adversely affected resale potential. His knowledge of the area, comps across different neighborhoods, and experience with increasing home value was key for us!My husband and I have very demanding work schedules, which made looking at homes a little challenging. Stephen and the Broker Sinclair team were excellent at fitting in house tours when we could be available. He worked diligently to provide us with listings that fit the criteria we were looking for and was extremely helpful in helping us identify neighborhoods that fit what we wanted. We had some challenges with the closing date on the house we were selling and when we could take possession of the house we were buying. Stephen was instrumental in negotiating the terms of the purchase so there were no overlaps (or costly hotel stays) with our housing. He was even present for closing just in case we had any questions. I would recommend Stephen and this firm for anyone looking for their perfect home!
