Hal was highly recommended to me by a few friends who had a great experience using his company. He did not disappoint. Team Sweasey made selling our mom's house extremely easy. I felt very comfortable from our first visit with Hal and his assistant, Sharon. I knew right away I was in good hands. They both communicated very well with all my questions and kept me and my brother well informed through the whole process. The house was only on the market for a few days before we got an offer. Team Sweasey was also very helpful in providing services, if we needed them, to get the house ready to sell, such as housecleaning and carpet cleaning services. This made it less stressful for me. The online presentation of the inside and outside of the house was done very professionally. They showcased the house very well. During a long, difficult divorce I looked for agents to list my home with in Morro Bay. Hal was the only agent who actively kept me informed and kept pestering me to list with his agency. It was because of his persistence that I chose to work with him. I am a retired ICU RN and I know and appreciate efficiency, Hal kept demonstrating his abilities in sharing with me his business plan that allows the process of selling buying and escrow to all be done by separate agents. That allows total concentration by your agent on a single topic and service. I found it to be easy to work with and very successful. FYI, Hal sold my home within 24 hours of opening it for bids, he also got nearly 90,000 over listing price, to say I am both grateful and pleased would be insufficient, I admire his sales team and would recommend him to anyone that has real estate needs.
