Oh my goodness!! I don't think there is enough space to express how pleased we were with Catherine!!! We were very pleased with Catherine's professionalism, expertise and overall her friendly and kind personality. She always answered our calls, emails, and exts promptly. Catherine always paid attention to every need we had and went over and above to make sure we were happy. Her attitude is amazing. Always cheerful and thoughtful. We definitely felt like family. She was respectful and very thorough in researching out all our questions and needs. Never did she not come through for us. When we would call her and need answers. We had full trust and confidence in Catherine. She also is a trusted and loyal agent. Very accurate and precise. We never felt like she was not on top of everything and if she needed more info for us, she would promptly find out and get back to us in a timely manner. She was very patient with us as well. Catherine made us feel so comfortable and welcomed to our new adventures in Louisiana. She is not only "The BEST", but she is a wonderful and amazing friend. We loved Catherine and recommend her highly to anyone!!! We cannot say enough about the quality and service we received from her. The homes she showed us were exactly what we had requested to see. She was on top of everything. We miss her. She has a very sweet and kind heart. We had never purchased a home in another state and Catherine was very helpful in making sure we knew all the rules in Louisiana and how things worked. She was by our side throughout the whole process. We were so grateful. She arranged the back and forth closing ,etc., to meet our needs since we were in another state. She definitely calmed my nerves since I was trying to sell my home at the same time. She was so calm and I needed that. She made me feel at peace. And yes, it all worked out. The closing went wonderfully and she was so willing to lead us to other resources we needed to be able to get things done, inspectors, lawyer, HVAC services, etc. She never got frazzled or out of sorts. She was the peace in the middle of my storm!!! That meant so much to us!!! She is amazing!!!! She even checked back with us a few days ago to make sure we were good and asked if there was anything we needed!! WOW!!! She said she is here for us whenever. Thank you Catherine!!!! We love our new home !! You are the Best!!! We love you too!!!
