Working with Peter and Erin in selling our home was a painless and stress free process. They were very knowledgable in our area. Once we decided to list, their team was fast and responsive during the whole process. They did a walk-through of the home and suggested a listing price above our expectations. They also had very nice professional looking photos of the home taken. Needless to say, we had offers within 24 hours and we accepted an offer by the end of the weekend. Both Peter and Erin were very flexible on where and when to meet us, which is vey helpful for our busy days. Any questions we had was just a phone call, an email or a text away. Erin even came to help with paper work as we were a little lost, as this was our first home selling experience. We are very happy to have work with Peter and Erin. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly yet professional team to help them sell their house. Erin was a wonderful asset during our home search. She was readily available and worked with our schedules. Erin listened to our home must-haves and showed us appropriate and desirable properties. Erin was honest if she could not answer our questions and looked for the answers elsewhere. For example, one property had a cracked foundation. On short notice Erin contacted a contractor (free-of-charge) who helped us determine the structural significance of the foundation issue. Erin also helped us understand when a property price exceeded its actual value. Even if a house was under our budget, she was cautious about offering more than the house was worth. In a competitive market it can be valuable to have a an ally who recognizes when the bidding frenzy has exceeded a meaningful price. The environment was pressure-free, but when we found the property we loved she showed her experience and negotiated aggressively on our behalf. I was very impressed to learn that she was able to strengthen our offer in ways that did not necessarily increase our offer price.I will recommend Erins services highly in the future.
