I had the best home buying experience ever!!!!! She took my husband and I to several properties until we found the one that best suits our needs. She suggested different properties and always asked us what we liked and didn't like about each property. She personally catered to us. When my previous lender fell through, she helped me find an awesome lender! She was there anytime I called. She was always ready to answer my questions no matter how big or small. She has such a great heart and you can tell that she truly loves her job! Ms. Charlotte has helped multiple family members of mine buy and sell their homes. I have seen her in action on many different occasions. For example, selling my parent's home and helping them purchase a new one. She also sold my grandmother's home. I thought it would be nearly impossible to sell my grandmother's home, but she did it! Not only am I satisfied with purchase of my new home but each member if family who she has worked with is satisfied as well. She treats each person like family!
