Dan and Jenn sold our house recently and throughout the process, they went out of their way to make sure we got the best opportunity to sell possible. Dan took care of a few details that we were unable to complete because a military move took us out of state. He walked through and gave us advice on marketing, preparation and expectations. They communicated with us often and kept us in the loop on every transaction and every question from the buyer. Following the inspection, Dan provided us a list of contractors to choose from and once selected, he sent us the quotes for prices. He carried us through the entire process and reassured us that we were on track. He patiently answered all questions and offered suggestions to best prepare or resolve situations.
