We used Amy to sell our house. We were forced to relocate to another state for my husbands job which left us selling our house under some time constraints. Amy was quick to get the ball rolling and took extra steps to ensure our listing stood out. She hired a professional photographer to take pictures and even had someone come to do a layout of our house due to its size and uniqueness. She was very professional and quick to answer all questions we had and worked very hard in getting our house sold. Our house sold quickly. And I contribute that to all of the prep work and marketing Amy did! She made selling our house easy and as stress free as it could be in a time when we were stressed to the max moving to a new state with 5 children. She even went back through the house prior to the closing to pick up any small items we left behind and mailed them to us in NC. If you are looking for a realtor who will go above and beyond for you and really cares for you, then look no further then Amy!

Amy is a rock star and an overall great person. She's warm and personable while being very professional at the same time. Truly a pleasure to deal with. We moved out of state very quickly and she was a godsend through the whole stressful process and walked us patiently through it all with a calming influence. It was so great to have piece of mind that our home was in good hands while we were selling it long distance. Amy goes the extra mile. She got rid of some stuff we left behind b/c we were so rushed, she coordinated workers coming in to fix up the place, shoveled snow, painted trim and did an AMAZING job staging our home. She is super responsive and I could count on her to answer my calls and texts quickly. Amy is a Mom and very understanding of the needs and budget restrictions of a family. She's very involved in the community and has all the local knowledge and connections you want a great agent to have. I can't recommend Amy highly enough. How we met...We met Amy at an open house. Her warm personality and friendly sister-like quality was an immediate connection for my husband and I. Which for people that arent huge fan of salesy type reps, was a huge win! Our home sale...She evaluated our condo, gave us suggestions on what to touch up and what not to bother with. We agreed to a fair price and got our condo on the market. She worked tirelessly in marketing, held mutiple open houses, and even went tge extra mile taking our dogs out for us!! She sold our condo really quickly! Our home buying experience...This was an interesting adventure for sure. She was with us the entire way helping us look at a ton of homes all over the place. Helping us get back on course when we veered away from what we really wanted. I won't say our road was easy, having to deal with a sketchy real estate agent that she hadn't worked with before on one of our choices, but she had our back through the process and we moved on. Her knowledge of the area and the neighborhood demographics helped us find a nice family home with families of like age, like we wanted. Amy is really great. She really is down to earth, easy to personally connect to, helps you by being a second set of eyes through the process and helps guide you through the pros and cons of your choices. Amy is THE BEST realtor around. My husband and I were looking to move a little further away, as well as sell our home in Pelham. Amy went above and beyond for us. She consistently kept in touch, found awesome homes for us to look at, and worked tirelessly to find a buyer for our home. She went as far as taking our dog while we were at work so that other realtors could show our home. Amy is an abject professional, has a fabulous personality and does whatever she must to get the job(s) done. She found us a beautiful home in Sandown and a buyer in Pelham, and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Amy to anybody looking to sell or buy a home in the New Hampshire area.
