Expert negotiator, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, driven to produce results for his customers.We were very fortunate to have Bob and Tracy as our realtor team. Bob brings years of experience to the table and provides expert advice and insight into the market conditions. Bob actually sold my house twice, each time took him only 3 days. The first sale fell through due to the buyer changing his mind but the second sale was for a higher price and better offer all the way around. Bob and Tracy talked us through the entire process and continued to advise us and coach us through selling and buying another house. Tracy routinely communicated with my wife about ongoing issues and kept her informed of the process. Tracy and Bob work in concert to edify their customers. Tracy has a very calm and relaxing personality, yet she knows when to pursue issues. Bob and his team helped us also purchase another house. We used Dawn for the buyers side. Dawn is an effective communicator and really cares about the people and issues they bring up during the purchasing process. Dawn met inspectors and liaised with other realtors with ease. It really shows that this team is experienced. Once the sale was finalized, Bob, Tracy, and Dawn reached out to congratulate us. I was able to use the Bob Lucido moving truck for free to move my household goods from one house to the other. This saved me thousands in moving expenses and hundreds over renting a moving truck. Overall this experience was really phenomenal. We initially tried to use another online realtor company, but it was sort of a waste of time. If you want to buy and/or sell in Howard county, I would recommend this team of seasoned professionals. Thanks again team.
