Five, well-deserved, stars. We opted to partner with Nikki because of her years of experience in the real-estate business and because she's a local! The customer service is really what sold us. Nikki guided my partner and I through the purchase of our first home every step of the way. She was so attentive, so diligent, and SO HUMAN. We are from out-of-state and Nikki and her husband were so personable and just put us as ease during this process. You hear so many horror stories and barriers from others about home buying. Not in this! All positives here.

We met Nikki by chance when another realtor didn't show up for a scheduled showing, and figured out quickly that she was the realtor a former neighbor had just told us about in every good way! Nikki guided us in contracting on our beautiful new home and in preparing our home for it's new family. Within a 2 month window, we prepped a house for sale, bought a house, sold a house, settled on both on the same day, and moved....all with Nikki's great recommendations for a painter, movers, etc. Every step of the way, she was beside us, communicating transparently, answering questions, and easing any anxieties as they popped in during the process. Nikki had our best interest first and foremost in both transactions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She knows real estate, the area, the communities, and most of all, she knows how to treat people. We are so thankful that first realtor didn't show!!
