I knew moments into my first meeting with the RED team they were the best choice to sell my property. I'd met a RED agent years ago at an open house and was so impressed I kept his information and when it came time to sell my property, reached out. He'd since moved back east (still with the company), but John and Chuck stepped right in with the same impressive knowledge and energy.Whether it was arranging for the different inspections and contractors to advice on fixes and showing aspects--John, Shawn and the rest of the team were there every step of the way. They were extremely thorough and efficient while being thoughtful and accommodating to my family's schedule and those of the tenants. They knew the best price point, listing time and marketing schedule--and they couldn't have been more right. The property sold very quickly and for exactly what they'd predicted.Selling a home can be an overwhelming process, but it never felt that way with RED. The level of integrity in their office gave me so much peace of mind. John is a straight shooter and I always felt informed and like I was in the best care. I hope to work with them again in the future.

Like many first time home buyers I initially thought that I could find a home to buy on my own using listing sites. I was wrong. After an incredible amount of frustration and spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to purchase a property, I called RED. From the moment they picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The very next weekend an agent named Laura Cutrona came to show me some properties. She immediately honed in on exactly what I was looking for, was exceedingly knowledgeable about the entire process, and was a generally wonderful person to be around. Within just a week she leveraged her network to find me my dream home that was not yet on the MLS. On top of that she was somehow able to talk the seller down 10% off list price! She made the close process simple and easy for me by informing me of exactly what I need to know, and nothing I don't. During the whole process she was essentially on call 24/7 to answer any questions I had. I can't say enough about Laura and RED; I'd never do business with anyone else.
