It all started when we went to an open house on Foxtail Loop. It was his sense of humor and great communication skills that lead us to choose him as our buying agent. He was very receptive when we supplied a list of things we wanted in a house. He was also very quick to respond when we would email or text him questions or requests to see certain houses. His drive to find houses that met our absolute essentials was the best I've ever seen. He was constantly supplying 5-7 houses to peruse on the MLS, of which at least 2 met most of the things we wanted. We never felt like "just another check", or just another customer. He treated us as though we were two friends going to look at houses. Lastly, his experience as an architect is a huge boon as he sees things that the average home buyer probably won't see. And he's keen on listening to your feedback while viewing a house and showing you things that you probably like, but don't realize that you like.
