As clueless first time home buyers with young children, Andrew deserves a medal for helping us through the home buying process (from pre approval through closing). It is solely because of his guidance, patience and mental fortitude that my wife and I still enjoy an inkling of sanity today. Andrew was very experienced and knowledgable about the surrounding area and was able to easily, and accurately, balance our wishes/desires in a house with our budget to find a location that checked all of the boxes for us. I assure you this is no small accomplishment if you only knew my wife. Andrew was always patient and never rushed or pressured us despite that fact we probably toured more houses than most. He even handled my rambunctious children like a pro. When it came time for the offer/due diligence process, Andrew was very timely with putting the paperwork together in the current hot market. He offered several negotiation suggestions/strategies that we could use to obtain a fair price. He was available by phone whenever we had questions or concerns, even during unconventional working hours (and we had lots). Any requested communications to the seller were promptly delivered. Andrew kept us informed every step of the way, let us know what to expect throughout the buying/closing process, and we always had the feeling that we were in great hands. I would 100% deal with Andrew again and cannot recommend his services enough.
