I am convinced that there is not a Real Estate Agent in South Florida better than Diana. I had the pleasure of working with Diana when I inherited my mom's home, which was set for foreclosure. She cold-called me, and her willingness to help was evident from the very beginning. Diana asked me what I planned to do with the house, and when I told her I wanted to purchase it, she advised me on the process to follow in a professional and friendly way. Diana also offered to purchase the home from me if I decided not to keep it, but ultimately, I wanted to keep it. She then guided me throughout the process to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the obstacles we faced was disputing the appraisal value of the home, which could have resulted in me losing it. However, thanks to Diana's expertise and guidance, we were able to successfully dispute the appraisal value. I can't recommend Diana enough. She is a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the real estate industry. But what makes her stand out from the rest is her genuine desire to help people like me.
