Emily was wonderful to work with! I found her to be very professional and comfortable to be around. She was always prepared with multiple houses for us to see each time we met with her but was also willing to meet us that day if we called her because something just popped up on Zillow. We ended up doing that a lot since I was 9 months pregnant at the time. It was easy to tell her my likes and dislikes of the homes we'd seen. The next time we'd see Emily she would have better and better homes to see based on what we'd tell her. She truly listened to our needs and found us our dream home. We had to get our previous home on the market and Emily gladly gave us advise on staging and planned an open house for the weekend it went on the market. We were under contract 2 days after it was listed!!! We moved 2 weeks after our little bundle arrived and Emily was sweet enough to keep her happy while we sign all the paperwork. She is not only an amazing realtor but wonderful person as well. Thank you Emily for always having our best interest as heart. You showed so much kindness and diligence and it made us confident throughout the entire buying and selling process. I never want to move from our wonderful new home but if I did I would never do it without you!

Emily did not do her due diligence in searching for comps in the area leaving me to overpay. Her negotiation skills were sub par to non existent; at least on my transaction, which turned out to be a huge loss for me. I felt she didnt represent me as her client. She left me to do the research on the area causing me to overpay and be out in a financial hardship. She did do the comps when I decided to relist 6 weeks later . Additionally she handled the inspection in my absence and omitted to disclose a lot of information which would have steered me away. I'm not sure what her area of expertise is, but if you use her, know to do your own research because she just wants a quick sale. I was stuck with massive bills to get the house fixed up correctly and ready for resale- obviously not with her.
