When thinking of buying my first home, I was completely overwhelmed. Once I started working with Kristen, I knew it would all be just fine. She calmed my anxiety immediately by finding great potential options tailored to my preferences, visiting each one with me, and walking me through the home buying process step-by-step. She went the extra mile to introduce me to professionals that helped me with my loan, insurance, painting, and carpet. This was extremely helpful, and everyone she recommended did an amazing job. Kristen was available anytime I had a question or needed assistance: morning, evening, or weekend. In fact, I have now been in my home nearly a year and she is still happy to answer my questions. Kristen was recommended to me by my dad. I Kept asking my dad what I could do to make the value of my townhouse go up because I knew that I wouldnt be there forever and he said I know the perfect person, she is a realtor. I told him I dont want a realtor coming to my house because she is going to pressure me to sell. He said no just trust me and so I did. He told Kristen that I would be calling. She called and got in touch with me. She came and was super friendly and gave us great advice on what we could do to get the best value. She didnt try to push anything on us. I asked her if she knew how much I could sell the townhouse for and she already had comps printed out for me to see. I was shocked how much We could sell it for. We were hesitant because it was going to cost us a bit to do some work and we were not in the position to work on it because we were soon getting married and basically spent all the savings that we had. She said thats no problem and set up an appointment with our lender so we could see what we could do to make it happen. We took out a small home equity line of credit because we all knew the money was there in the house. When we got to the end of fixing up the house I wanted to start looking at houses. We went out the first time and didnt find anything at all. We went out a second time and we fell in love with our house now. I said what do we need to do to get this house? She said well your house needs to get on the market tomorrow because you cant buy this house until you get an offer on your current house. She made that happen. Within 24 hours my house had multiple offers. We then put an offer in on the new house and that was accepted. I told Kristen that I would like to be moved in the new house a week before we get married and so she worked her magic and made it happen. It was tough and very close but it happened. Needless to say she did all the hard work and just made it happen so we can live in our new home!! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
