I previously used Bernice as my agent when I bought my house five years ago, and she did such a stellar job back then that I decided to use her again, but this time to sell my house. Bernice is extremely knowledgable and has a solution or answer to everything. I was in the process of getting married in Maui during this time, so I met with Bernice a couple of weeks before the wedding and told her that ideally I'd like my house sold by the time I returned from my wedding (wishful thinking on my part!). Four days before my wedding Bernice listed my house. One day before my wedding Bernice calls me to tell me I've already received a full offer on my house. Two days after my wedding I sign the offer. I got married in Maui and sold a house in Newport Beach all within a 7 day span! That was the best week of my life, thank you Bernice!
