Andrew is truly a gem in this world! I have to admit, I've taken much longer than anticipated to write this review because there are simply too many good things to say about him that it's impossible to fit into a short review. If you're looking for a home and a trusted team to guide you through the process, look no further - Andrew is a true professional. Not only is he knowledgeable about the houses and locations during his showings, but he also spends a lot of additional time following up and conducting more research to ensure that his clients will always receive a detailed package. I'm always impressed with his attention to detail. He'll listen to every creak in the house and look through every crack and corner. In my experience, he always makes sure to understand the wants and needs of his clients before offering his professional opinion about certain properties. I've spent a lot of time this year searching for my first home and Andrew has been there EVERY step of the way. No matter how early or late in the day it was, he was only a phone call away. I am forever grateful to him for giving me such a wonderful homebuying experience. I can honestly say that Andrew is sincere and genuine in helping his clients find the best fitting home -- never once did I feel like he was being pushy or rude regardless of how many properties we looked at. He really does want to offer his professional expertise in finding the perfect one for you and it's truly been a blessing to have him in my corner. Now that I've had such a great experience, I can't see myself working with anyone else in the future when the time comes for investment. I can't recommend him more - seriously, don't look any further than here and I can promise you that your experience will be just as fulfilling as mine.
