Brandy Harp is amazing! There is not a more qualified realtor in the market. Brandy worked very hard with us once we decided it was time to downsize. Our situation was not exactly routine in that our property was quite unique. The house was 6,000 + square feet on one level with an additional 1,200 square feet wing housing an indoor heated pool and sauna. The house featured a chefs designed kitchen, open floor plan perfect for entertaining family and friends, beautifully manicured gardens, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor living spaces that spanned five acres in mid-town, behind a custom-made gate aEUR" the entire property fenced. So, what was the big challenge, you ask? Location. Simply put, it was very difficult for Brandy to put together comps for this one of a kind property. For Brandy, no challenge is too big. She went to work with a network of professionals second to none. They did a market analysis and were able to qualify a price in a range that was agreeable to us. Brandy listed the house.We knew, given the size and price of the property, that it was going to be tough finding a qualified buyer with the need for our property. And, by the way, it was not a sellers market. We told Brandy we expected the sale to take months, possibly up to a year.Here is the amazing part. The house never really hit the market. On the third day, Brandy called and had an offer. Within a week we had a contract. We couldnt believe it. The buyer wanted to take possession approximately three weeks later, so we needed to find a house. Brandy made the process seamless. She found us the perfect house and we closed promptly.During this process, there are a hundred details and every i has to be dotted and t has to be crossed. When we needed Brandy on the phone, email or text, she was right there, and she had the right answers. In the buying and selling process, the inspection stage was very concerning to us. Brandys knowledge, professionalism, and her desire to make us totally confident, happy customers put us at ease and made us comfortable with every detail. She was able to assist with providing valuable information about upgrades and repairs, financing and insurance, and every other detail from start to finish.It is with great pleasure that we recommend Brandy Harp. Just moved today. Wanted to reccomend our realtor, Brandy Harp. I tried to FSBO the house early on with little success. We met Brandy while we were house shopping. While other realtors were busy trying to scam us for huge buyers agent fees, Brandy actually helped us with our FSBO! When we finally did list with her, she got us an amazing price and had a solution for every problem. She has a "guy" for everything a home buyer/seller could ever need. Brandy earned every bit of her commission. I wish I could have gotten her a bigger slice of the pie. Anyway, look her up at Jon Underhill Real Estate if you are interested in buying or selling.
