Back in the 80s when I bought my 1st home it was a nightmare with all kinds of glitches. My realtor was usually intoxicated when we had dealings and didnt take care of issues that came up. after 4 months of delaying, I bypassed him and dealt only with the seller and we got the deal done in about 2 weeks, Needless to say I was a little hesitant to deal with another realtor/used car salesman. After meeting with Stephanie and Justin I felt at ease and both truly professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. We made several offers on homes and the one we finally bought was a smooth deal and closed a week ahead of closing date. 9 months later another property that I wanted and was unavailable at the time became available. 30 days after an offer was accepted we have the keys. Stephanie gets the job done.
