I have hired Michelle to help me purchase two homes as well as sell two homes. Michelle is very knowledgeable of the Camas area. Ive recommended her to several friends and family. She does an exceptional job negotiating and advocating for me as a buyer. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and it shows!!! As far as selling, she is the only person I would trust to sell my home. With both homes, we were able to get offers within 24 hours. Both for above asking price. Michelle goes above and beyond for her clients. She gave me a thorough walk through of my home and gave me a lot of helpful recommendations on what I should do to get our home ready to sell. She set up a couple contractors to come to my home and make repairs. She also referred us a couple other contractors to do a few other jobs. I really appreciated that she was able to recommend people that were available and affordable!! This was so helpful. She also went above and beyond and picked up touch up paint from the paint store, helped organize my closets before the open house and also brought in a few items and staged a couple rooms. Her photographer did an exceptional job and the flyers she printed were beautiful!!!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I could not have been happier with the outcome of the sale.
