Susan was very helpful and instrumental in assisting with the purchase of our home. I say assist with a grain of salt because it seemed that we did the assisting, as she spearheaded all that we needed in being proactive to get things done. We called Susan it seemed at almost any time, and she made herself available. If she needed to call back for whatever reason, she ensured that she did do immediately. Even when we as first time home buyers failed to follow through with something because we were hesitant, or scared, and something fell through, she instilled considerable confidence and trust in us, which we relied on and don?t regret a thing. If you work with Susan, she does indeed show results, not just homes. Her best work is done in the office and behind the scenes, and not only in showing properties. Susan will fight the price of a home to the ground for you if ANYTHING is not as it should be, be it taxes, other homes in the area, previous years tax statements for the home and those that surround it, etc. All in all, the experience was wonderful and Susan made the purchase of our first home easier than we could have ever dreamed. She will go above and beyond and makes the experience personal, yet professional at the very same time. We not only bought a home, but in the process made a friend. I would refer her to the President of the United States he was looking for a home.

I was in a position where I had to find a house in an extremely short amount of time, in a specific neighborhood so my kids could remain in their schools the next school year and within my budget as a newly single mom. Karen was able to help me find just the right place in only a couple of days and get the contract worked, the house taken care of where I had some minor concerns AND as I had no choice but to get things settled quickly...while I was ill with the flu...she STILL met with me, at the risk of getting ill herself, to sign papers and make sure my down payment was in on time! Karen has knowledge beyond just finding the right house as she spent years in the title industry which just increases her value to anyone looking to buy, not just rent.
