I could write a novel on my absolutely wonderful experience on buying my first home but I'll try to keep it short and sweet. Anyone looking for a house or even simply curious about real estate needs to contact Seth Voelker at Jackson Real Estate. I was an agressive buyer with a million new question a day and Seth handled them like the Pro he is. He always got back to me almost immediately even though he was of course dealing with several clients at a time, he even helped me get set up with my financing options. Seth was always honest and gave me his true opinions without giving me the "what's is going to take to sell you this house" attitude. Home buying is a massive undertaking and I couldn't have picked a better agent. The newest listings were always sent to me the minute they became available. Any showing I wanted was worked with my schedule no matter the day or time and that makes a huge difference when trying to juggle life around home buying. As a recent home buyer and hopeful soon to be real estate investor I couldn't imaging finding better service or professional atmosphere mixed with the comedic styling of Seth Voelker. He redefines what it means to be a full service agent.

We were looking to purchase a home a few years ago. We found a property which was in the process of being foreclosed on. Mark was great at first and helped us along through the process. Once Mark and his team realized the owner was willing to accept an offer much lower than the asking price we ran into an issue. We went from them telling us it was a done deal they were just waiting on a final signature as our offer was accepted to someone who works with Mark taking an offer directly to the seller for $100 more than our price which was previously accepted. We were devastated. I feel that this was extremely shady as your offer is suppose to be confidential. Not only that, who allows another realtor in your firm to practice this way? Driving an offer to another state to get it signed by the seller? Apparently it was too good of a deal for them to pass up. The home was purchased and sold a few months later for a substantial profit. We were just looking for a home for our family.
