Irene is upbeat, high energy, and positive, no matter what! She is like a happy little whirlwind! She is extremely knowledgeable about her territory and the process! We had buyers the first day. They fell through. She put it back on the market and the real buyers showed up in less than two weeks. I was happy with the price, which was near asking. The nightmare that can be the period between Contract and Closing was the REAL hard work! Irene handled it with her usual upbeat energy, a smile, encouragement and attention.
