I just finished the sale of my house, and the purchase of my dream house with David Azimi. I can't say enough positive things about him and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy. He was referred to me by a friend whose extended family had two exceptional experiences with David before. David is a very experienced agent and this showed throughout every step of the process. He came to the first meeting totally prepared with comps, and a strategy on selling and pricing my current home. I felt confident in his advice on how to best get my house ready to sell and he brought in resources to help paint, clean, etc at no cost to me. He had strong follow through on all leads from the open house and he helped guide me through several competitive offer bids and our counter strategies. Ultimately the proof is that he got me more than I had originally hoped for! Where David shined even more, was on the purchase of my new house. On literally the same day that I accepted an offer on my home and got it into Pending state, I found the house of my dreams in the automated MLS search he had set me up with. It had just been listed, and David didn't hesitate to go after it for me. He arranged for me to tour it that day before the planned open houses that weekend, and guided me on exactly what we needed to offer in order to get the house. He was on top of it every step of the way, and his personal persistence and negotiation skills 100% made the difference. I firmly believe that with another agent, I would not have been the one to have gotten that house. By the end of the day, not only had I accepted an offer to sell my house, I had my offer to buy my new home accepted! David moves fast and knows what he is doing. He's clear, communicative, and has a strong team behind him. He only works with the best, and from the loan officer, to the title company, to his assistant, I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. I can't recommend him enough.. you'd be crazy to go with any agent other than David!
