My Dad's wife passed 3 years ago in Hesperia. I traveled to Hesperia and interviewed 4 different realtors over a 2 day period. I selected Omar and his team for MANY reasons. Omar took care of everything needed to sell my Dad's home. I didn't need to travel to Hesperia to do anything. Everything left in the home was cleaned out and donated or trashed. Even the motorhome garage where dad saved all his old "stuff" like old B&W TV's and old furniture was cleaned out and swept to picture perfect condition. In May 2023 Dad's gardener and housekeeper that lived in the "little house" close to Dad's house in Hesperia moved. Omar handled EVERYTHING. I didn't need to make the trip to Hesperia at all. The yard was cleaned of brush, the house was repainted inside, and again presented picture perfect. It sold within a month. I was kept informed by Omar's team the entire way. Good communication included emails sent for normal stuff and a direct phone call or a text was made for things that needed something right now. The best thing about working with Omar's team is I was not required to visit my Dad's house or the little house that brings up all kinds of emotions. Dad left us 12 years ago and his wife left us 3 years ago. No need to go back over all those memories visiting at all. Thank you Omar & team.
