Erfan is a real estate master. We began our initial research for an agent by reading reviews here and specifically looking for someone who would help facilitate a facelift to our house to get it in prime selling condition. After meeting with a few agents we selected Erfan to sell our house and we are so glad we did. He moved quickly to line up the contractors to help with with some repairs and minor upgrades to the home. He lined up the various vendors and allowed us to be fairly hands-off which was very important to use because we had already moved out of the area. When selling the house he walked us through the various steps and secured us a selling price that surpassed our expectations. His responsiveness and transparency kept us in the loop at every stage, fostering a partnership that was built on trust and mutual respect. We couldn't recommend him more highly.

Erfan is simply the best! He was so easy to work with, and constantly went above and beyond to make the home buying experience as smooth as could be. Even after the sale and move were done, Erfan was still right there (literally, he came to meet us) to help with things and answer questions. Amazing!My husband and I were first time home buyers, so we had a ton of questions. Erfan was always prompt and thorough with his replies, even on evenings and weekends... basically, any time we were freaking out or needed some more information, he was right there with an answer.
