Kelly contacted me when she noticed I was looking at houses on her companies web page. This was one of the best thing that could ever have happened to me in our house search! I was in Illinois browsing to try to get a feel for the market to assist my daughter in Littleton, CO. Kelly has been so easy to work with! She answered all our questions about various towns, school districts, and market trends. The loan officer and his team that she works with is knowledgeable, helpful, made great suggestions, and helped to complete the process quickly. Kelly was right-on when it came to advise on how much to offer, and her other suggestions to make the offer the most attractive to the seller, so the first offer in a sellers market was accepted. She also suggested another appraisal be completed and was exactly on the dollar in her guess as to how it would come out and it was to our benefit!Whatever I asked her to do, Kelly did with no hesitation. Any question I asked was answered promptly. I am beyond pleased! I just don't know how we got so lucky! If I ever want to move to Colorado, I will definitely call Kelly. She made a stressful process as stress free as possible.
