Choosing the realtor, you work with, is a very important decision. I would dare to say could be one of the most important relationship/partnerships you will make. This person has to have your back and see ahead of you as well. From the moment I reached out to Kathryn, about being my realtor, I knew I had made the right phone call to the right person. AND luckily for me, she also agreed to work with me! She saw my dream and helped me achieve it. I really cant say enough about Kathryns integrity, work ethic, client FIRST, ON-IT attitude. And lets not forget about her fun, warm, in-it-with you, sunshine personality. I have purchased many properties over the years and have never been as impressedaEUR| and let me addaEUR| although I have purchased many properties in the past, I had never purchased a Commercial/Residential property before. Kathryn helped me navigate this process with confidence and ease. She helped me with so many things including scheduling inspections when I was out of town, and she put me in contact with the right people to handle all the different facets of buying this special property. She never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I wanted to see the property aEURoejust one more timeaEUR? or when I had MANY questions and requests. And if all the things she did for me was not enoughaEUR| day of closing I was unable to attend in person, Kathryn did the final walk through for me, she took videos and notes during the hand off. AND after-the-sale was closed, she continues to be not only be a resource helping in my transition to the new property but an amazing supporter (aka Cheerleader) for my new adventure. I am truly grateful and blessed to have Kathryn as my realtor and now a friend. When I reached out to Kathryn, I knew life had to change and yet I didnt know fully the scope of what was ahead. Hands down, I now know that Kathryn was every bit of who I needed by my side to make the transition from neighborhood to country. From negotiating an initial contract for purchase, hitting the market for sale, and wading through the stress of a sale of house contingency, she was there in ways I didnt know I would need. From researching what my current house was valued at, and the demand in the market, to negotiating on my future home and allowing me the opportunity to return to the country, Kathryn showed knowledge, insight, resourcefulness, and determination through it all. Having Kathryn throughout the process of navigating the change a move requires, and all the uncertainty and doubt, Kathryn was there. She showed up good or bad and pushed through with a positive attitude that helped me continually lean into my faith. I kept re-thinking the situation and was scared of the unknowns that life presented when I listed my home. I think one of the many things I appreciated most about Kathryn was her ability and strength to look at the current status of everything and still find a way to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and ultimately it was her strategy and empathy that helped my dream (and my kids dreams) become a reality. As expressed early on, my dream was country livin, and that is now what I call home. I know I will be here for quite a while, but without a doubt Kathryn would be my first call if the need ever arises. She was quick to offer referrals as needed for quotes and services, quick to calm the anxiety dealing with so many details can create, and yet she provided the kindest and most professional environment any person going through the stress of sales/purchasing would need. Although I miss the day to day communication with her since we are past the finish line, I know Kathryn is hard at work for each individual she strives to take care of, because that is her, and the Wyoming way. With so much gratitude, I continue to soak up every country sunset and every bit of laughter as my daughter runs around stick in hand enjoying the good country livin we have been fortunate enough to return to. I am so thankful Kathryn believed in our dream, and fought every day to make it a reality for us. I am forever grateful. She is an amazing asset to the community with the experience and heart she brings in everything she does.

We originally met Kathryn through a recommendation from our mortgage lender. We had tried to explore housing options with a different realtor and were incredibly disappointed. That realtor had come to the showing with nothing prepared and little to no guidance. To say that working with Kathryn was a night and day difference would be an understatement! As first time home buyers, we were incredibly anxious about the entire process. Not only were we inexperienced, but none of our family members live close enough to come along and give suggestions. This experience would have been miserable with any other realtor. Kathryn gave sound advice, kept in close contact, and listened to our concerns every step of the way. We were so beyond fortunate to work with her through one of the most intense times of our lives. Her incredibly fast response time gave us an edge over other home buyers, as we could coordinate quickly and consider our options. We could not make it to our home to view it before submitting an offer, but Kathryn totally made up for that. She meticulously captured video of multiple properties for us, so much so that we felt we were there with her for an in-person walk through. Kathryn is the dream partner in your search for a home. Not only does she excel in her career, she's genuinely so calming and a delight to be around. It's a rarity to find someone so skilled at helping others.
