I worked with Tracy Bixby first as a tenant for commercial real estate, and then as a landlord for a 5 plex property in Pocatello. I have worked with multiple agents in the area, and by far Tracy and her team were the worst. Their lack of experience with property management, and their outrageous excuses for a job poorly done were enough for me. Also, I can show receipts for 3 times the cost of repairs for simple fixes like hot water heater replacements. She would get a quote from a local service provider and then triple the bill to me. I went to the same service provider for a quote on a different property, and I found the price discrepancy to be outrageously exaggerated. We told Tracy that we did not want felons, smokers, or pets. Within three weeks of contracting Tracy, she had all three in the apartments, and would not address the issues with tenants.I would be happy to provide proof to anyone who asks.
