My wife and I recently used Valeries services to sell my wifes fathers home. When we first met Valerie and discussed how she would market the property, we were not only impressed with her knowledge of the housing market but discovered she was also the type of person that we could trust and genuinely cared about getting us the right deal. Valerie was always in contact with us, letting us know about dates she was showing the house as well as dates other agents were showing the property. We were considering lowering our sell price but Valerie insisted that we not do so, being that the house had only been on the market for a short while. She had a photographer take pictures of the home and property and those pictures were quite impressive and we are sure helped in selling the home. Valerie had a constant stream of prospective buyers heading to the property on a weekly basis. She assisted us in offering advice as to small upgrades that would help sell the home. When she presented us with the buyers offer (the person who actually purchased the house), she explained thoroughly as to how the closing process would take place, how long it would take, and an fairly accurate estimate as to the profit we would see after the transaction was completed. Glad we chose Valerie as our Realtor. She was a go-getter, always kept our best interests in mind and pushed the sale through much faster than we ever anticipated. If you need to sell your home, you need to call Valerie. A great Realtor, but more importantly a good person with a ton of integrity.

Valerie has been an exceptional agent from start to finish. I built a new house while selling my current one. She was my agent for both processes. From the beginning, she was actively engaged and came to my home and did an honest assessment of my home and made excellent recommendations as to what I should fix and what an appropriate list amount would be. She was familiar with the other homes in my community and what features of the homes would help to determine the price. Shortly after listing it, the market for houses in my area dropped. Given that I was building a new house and had a short timetable for selling this house, I became very stressed with the situation. Valerie talked me off the ledge and kept me from giving the house away below market rate. She ultimately got me a deal that worked out really well for me. Overall, Valerie is very personable and passionate about what she does. She excels in every aspect from her knowledge of the process to not being shy about negotiating and making smart recommendations when an offer is received. The buying process in my opinion is much easier but she is very patient and attentive to your needs. I previously had a bad experience with my last agent. Valerie has gone above and beyond to make this time a really great experience.
