Christina is truly a gem of a person and a realtor!!! I cant speak highly enough about the amazing realtor that she is and how much she truly cares about her clients getting the best price for the sale/purchase of their home. In the fall of 16, I knew it was time to sell my home and purchase another property. Prior to hiring Christina as the realtor for both transactions, I had interviewed five(5) other realtors because I wanted to make sure that I was working with the right person. From the very first call I had with Christiana, I knew she was the person I wanted to work with because she took the time to care about what I was looking for in a new home, the location, my budget, and more! For anyone who has purchased or sold their home, you know that the process can be extremely daunting!! In my case, we had experienced a few delays in the sale of my home due to a third party which truly added to the stress. Needless to say, Christina was always available to answer my questions and guide me through those rough patches!! Christina is the kind of realtor that makes you feel as if you are her #1 priority, which is RARE to find in realtors. I had came across some realtors who made it seem as if your home was just another way to make a aEURoequick saleaEUR? by lowering the value of your home and others who wanted to do the bare minimum in marketing your home. Christina goes above and beyond what is expected of her, and she truly, truly does care about you getting the highest value for the sale of your home, which is what she did for me!! Ultimately, I would HIGHLY recommend Christina as a realtor because she is a woman with incredible integrity; superb knowledge of the real estate market; phenomenal marketing strategies to get your property seen by as many people as possible; care for you as a client and taking your needs into account; and she is always ready to go the extra mile for you to be 100% HAPPY, which is priceless. Working with Christina is the best decision that a person can make in purchasing/selling their home. I couldn't have chosen a better person and realtor for the sale of my home. And I love, love my new home, which is all due to Christina!!
