I can't recommend Kelly Glinski. I found her to be untrustworthy and unprofessional.She advised me what price to sell my home for. I trusted her on that, even though a home in my neighborhood that was similar sold recently for more than that. But there was alot of interest due to the price and it sold well. After I initialed the contract she toldme that there was interest from the church next door. She downplayed that because she said that it would take longer to close as the church was a non-profit. That wasn't her decision to make, but she kept the information from me until after I initialed the contract.With two weeks to go to closing, the buyer (with a 750 credit score) lost his financing. So we placed the house again. When I checked on Zillow to see if it was placed on market it was listed at a different price than what we had previously agreed to. Again, this was my decision, but she made it.The house sold again quickly. The buyer's home inspection showed that I needed some electrical work (a cracked outlet) and some plumbing work (a sink trap repaired) and more smoke alarms installed. She advised me to use "her guy" for work that the inspector demanded I use a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber on. I thought that it was great that she knew someone that was both a licensed electrician and a licensed plumber. Three weeks later, with one week to go till closing, her guy finally called and passed on doing the work. I had one week to find licensed people to do the work. When I texted her about "her guy" she was offended that I complained that her guy didn't do anything. She tried to blame the fact that he didn't do anything on alleged voicemail problems (I have no voicemail problems). Then she told me not to text her.There were other things, like her losing track of my house key and the lock-box. Or when I would call her and be informed that her voicemail was full.All in all, my opinion is that she is untrustworthy and unprofessional. I can't recommend her.
