This was the CRAZIEST house buying process, and Corey will tell you the same. I heard about him through a friend I had in the area. Once in contact with Corey he was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up viewings and walking us through the process. Then when we decided to put offers in he helped us know what a competitive offer would look like. He used his connections with other realtors to make sure that we knew what would look the best to the seller and handled those negotiations. When we finally got on contract with a house we loved he handled everything. He sent us documents to sign, and explained everything and answered all of our questions, but we barely had to lift a finger. He had good connections with Foundation Mortgage who we worked with on the financial side. They got us a GREAT rate and were very helpful as well. Due to circumstances out of any parties control we had to renegotiate our offer a few times and really work with the seller in order to buy the house. Corey handled everything. He was amazing at not giving up for us. And thinking VERY outside the box in order to close this deal. I dont know much about real-estate but this is one he deserves to feel proud about. We talked with him. He gave us updates. We told him what we wanted, and he dealt with it. This was big for us because we had other life things going on so he helped make this a very painless process so that ultimately we were able to CLOSE and not let the house we loved fall through because it was a tricky process to navigate. I highly recommend Corey and we will use him again next time.
