If youve ever had a realtor that looked out exclusively for your wants and needs then you know the meaning of the words genuine, and honest! Kathleen Bair is the face of authenticity! When my husband sent an email out with a question on a home in Grand Junction to a host of realtors, Kathleen was the only person to promptly reply. During the first few visits, Kathleen asked lots of questions so that she could get to know us and learn and understand our likes and dislikes in a home. Often times, since we lived out of state, she would do a physical-facetime viewing of a home so that when we were in town we wouldnt be wasting our time on homes that didnt meet our requirements. Kathleen made herself available at the drop of a hat; whether it was text, phone calls, facetime or email, we never had to wait long for an answer or reply and her attitude was always cheerful and ready to help. She cut out entire weekends, exclusively for us, when we were in town. Finally, when it came time for the actual purchase of a home, she fought for the best possible price! Think about that for a second! A realtor makes money off the purchase price of a home. The greater the price, the bigger her payday. But thats not who Kathleen Bair is! Shes not your average, pushy, out-for-her-own-gain realtor. Quite the opposite! Shes out for your gain, not her own. When you decide on a realtor, if its not Kathleen Bair, youre not getting the gold standard. I cannot say enough about her. Shes simply the best!
